Stayed there 1 night and the service and cleanliness was good! Also the views on the backside are nice

The hotel is in a great location by the Danube and about 15 minute walk to the old town. We also had a lovely view of the Danube from our hotel room. We arrived by bike and there was plenty of bike storage.

Great place to recover from jetlag. Only a short walk along the Danube River to central Linz. Parking is convenient (right outside the front door), but will cost you 17 euros.

Please is very beatifull near danube. Breskfast is 17 euro but it is very reach. It was very tastefull somon fume. Room was clean and fresh and very confortable.

Its a clean nice hotel. About 10 minutes walk from the center. The only minus there was no airconditioning and if you leave the windows open its a little noisi.

Great location overlooking the Danube and not far from the city center. Rooms are a tad small, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is expensive, but there are many other options a short walk away.

fairly new hotel close to old town overlooking Danube, amusement park across the river. Only minus was the high tub you will love only if you soak, my wife wouldnt even attempt to try to shower.

A nice hotel especially if you want to shorten the drive from Salzburg to Vienna. Right at the Danube and old town with parking right at the door (not cheap unless you are from a large American city). Good bar and food and good service. Room/bathroom well outfitted and clean but bathroom a bit tight.

Great location. The front desk check in is good and efficient. Problem is with a 'voucher' they provide without any information. The front desk provides a 10% voucher for use at the bar/restaurant but what they fail to mention is it can only be used once. No information regarding this is printed on the voucher either. I used it to purchase two beverages and save ~1€, when I was informed of its one time usage. I proceeded from the bar/restaurant to the front desk to inquire, I informed the desk that I was not informed and the circumstances. The response from the employee was less than professional, stated 'sorry, only once' was not willing to provide an additional card and smiled and said have a nice day. I was not pleased with these actions and lack of information or how the whole situation proceeded. So if you stay here, be aware that the voucher is only good one time and the front desk is not forgiving regardless if you were provided the information or not. Overall, the beds are average, room average, but in a great location.

Good room but not equipped refrigerator in the room. Not point to be evaluated but refrigerator should be importatn.

1. front desk step was quite rude with poor English. We were expecting more skilful and fluent English speaking step at the front desk as 4 star hotel. 2. We booked two rooms and requested for connecting room because of my children At the check in, he gave us only one room key even though the booking was combined together, so we thought two rooms are already connected with connecting door opened. However, the connecting door was closed and room key was only for one room. I came down to front desk ask him for another room key and open the connecting door. He seemed quite irritated and said to me I was supposed to tell him to give both room keys at the check-in. 3. I am Expedia gold+ member and it was first time to book hotel after achieving the status. I expected at least one level upgrade because it was VIP+ hotel. He just said there are no upgrade possible and no other explanation. I will never book hotels with Expedia again. 4. We found insects on the table in the room, I guess it was silverfish. I NEVER expected these kind of bug from 4 star hotel. I think it's more than enough to speak about my experiences.

A bit too far from down town.

We only stayed one night. The view was great. Staff was really helpful even recommending a super restaurant. There was no air conditioning but that was not a problem when we were there.

the hotel was pleasant and well maintained and the facilities are excellent. the only gripe I had was the air conditioning in the room was not adjustable. I arrived on a warm (30c) day.

The weather was cold and the hotel had turned of the heating so room was freezing and nothing they could do about it

Overall was a very shy + (plus). I think that the hotel needs a restructuration at the Reception desk. The 2 receptionists from the check-in as the 2 ones from check-out (here less) where far away from friendly, "arrogant" it's a correct description. Even more I was disappointed to find out that the information from hotels.com "are not real" (i'm quoting the receptionists), so my room was not 90, but 93+ and my kingbed actually was 10E more, so overall 103+ (instead of 90). In vain to show them the reservation where was writen the room description and the price. There was no discussions and no understanding from their side. What to do in the evening after a long trip? The pluses that I'm giving are for the restaurant. The people are on the oposit side as the receptionits: more than frendly and at any point there, to help you no matter what. The food was a very good experience. So, for the restaurant 5x + The hotel itself (rooms, cleanliness) it's ok

It was a good stay. Sort of pricey but all in all, it was nice. I'd stay here again if I had the chance and money :P

1) shampoo and shower have similar colors, make-up lady has missed shampoo for 2 days 2) the floor mate was missing 3) the overall quality was worse than my stay before

The hotel is in a great location on the bank of the Danube, the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Looking at previous reviews we expected the rooms to be small which they were but they were more than satisfactory. Two things which let the hotel down were the restaurant menu which had nothing that excited and the waitress couldn't suggest anything! oh and she spilt our wine!! The other moan is having to pay €14 to park the car in an almost empty hotel carpark.
