Location and views

Cold Bedroom and bathroom. Very cold floors with no floor coverings provided. Poor quality linens and small thin towels. Bathroom sink very slow to drain. Having to request access to washing machine.

The views from the bedroom, living area and outside patio were spectacular; across greenery to water and sky and amazing sunsets. When the previous guests thought they had booked an extra day, which would have overlapped with our stay, our host, Mike, was communicating and problem solving even before we had reached the property. And he was in the UK at that time! In the end, the previous guests realised their mistake and vacated and we were not inconvenienced at all. I congratulate Mike on his excellent customer service. He demonstrated his commitment to making our stay the best it could be.

The weather was cool some days and warm on others. But the double thickness doona, which we did reduce to a single thickness doona, meant we were always too warm overnight. A cotton or really light weight blanket would have been more comfortable.
