Me and a friend of mine stayed at this place while visiting Lisbon for the first time & it was perfect! The location makes it real easy to access everything around the city. The surroundings are quiet but still provide everything you need on the daily (nearby cafes or breakfast places). The whole communication and check-in – check-out progress was real easy too!
There were some scratches and holes inside of the place (eg a couple of holes in walls). The main entrance also seemed to have problems locking properly which would potentially made it easy for strangers to enter the building – none of these affected our stay but it could make some people feel uncomfortable.

Really big accomodation, easy to access, nice rainfall shower
A lot of the ammenities were modern but felt like they were about to break or were broken. Clothes line, ironing board, front door lock, toilet flush button. Some occasional noise from above or below.

Black mould which should definitley be taken off as it is dangerous for your health.
