Couple getaway

The location was incredible. Older house but very nice on the inside The house was very clean. Deck was very enjoyable to have breakfast and to relax

Stove probably needs to be updated and the water pressure was a little low

Disappointed with the condition of the home

Close to beach with beautiful view

Disappointed. Would rate our stay a 3 star. The location was fabulous but the shower door in the upstairs bathroom wouldn’t shut all the way and dryer took forever to dry. Advised Vacasa of the issue and they sent someone out for the dryer the next day only to be told it needed to be cleaned out but he was too busy and didn’t have time to do it that day. I text Vacasa and was told that he said I didn’t want to mess with it. They sent him back out on Friday and he cleaned dryer only not the vent. You can see the lint build up on the vent outside. The shower door was never addressed. The downstairs bedroom closet door was broken and just leaned inside the closet. We had two babies under the age of two which could have knocked it over on themselves. I don’t feel like the price of the stay measured up to the quality of the place. Will not rent from Vacasa again in the future. We have always had good luck with booking but this was a little disappointing.

We stayed at Sweet Alabama, great stay, clean and convenient

We stayed at Sweet Alabama, next to The Breeze, arrived a couple of hours early due to traffic being wonderful, other rentals we've used over 20 years and this was the first that didn't allow early check in. Disappointed in that, but everything else was great!

Would definitely book again here

Location right on the beach and very near town center was great. It was so conveniently located across the street from a restaurant, ice cream store and convenience store

Poor

Being right on the ocean

Outdoor lights front and back of property were out. Hazardous because 3 family members fell down steps. Had to wait until day 3 for an electrician. No TV in one of the guest rooms. Three lamp lights out. Stove light out. Dishwasher rack broken, dishwasher did not dissolve pods so had to wash everything by hand. Reported sewage smell, took five days to get a plumber to check out issue. Sliding glass door very difficult to open. Property managers were very disrespectful. Had to discuss maintenance issues five out of 7 days of stay. To top it off roaches appeared on day 5 but we didn't bother to contact the property management team as we were just past fed up with dealing with them.
