The location was great for the most part...
Cracked crockery, dirty cutlery, and utensils. Dishwasher didn't work properly, carpets stained.... This property has one main window, the bedrooms and bathroom have no windows and were poorly ventilated, the ventilation vents didn't seem to be working in any of these areas, and as a consequence, the heat/smoke detector went off every day particularly after showering.
On arrival, the key pick up wasn't clear, so I had to contact the contact, which was fine, but the frustration of meeting the accomodations neighbours directly opposite with their grandson sitting on the stairs misusing drugs and being abusive was unacceptable and the police needed to be called.
Having lived in Scarborough, Eastborough has always had a shady history, and it didn't disappoint!
