Very spacious apartment, well appointed and very clean. The location was excellent , overlooking the bay with great sea views.
It should have been made much clearer that this was a basement apartment with concrete steps to the front door - totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems (I have Parkinson's). As a basement apartment we had no views from inside the property, and the "outside space " was also misleading as it was a tiny patch of concrete, next to the steps with little natural light.
The front door was extremely difficult to lock which we reported to the letting agents, highlighting this potential security risk. Nothing was done and we had to leave the door unlocked at times.
We also reported that we found it impossible to use the shower cubicle as there was no way that we could adjust the water temperature which came out scalding hot. We were sent instructions but could not relate these to the problem. the shower over the bath was fine.

The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a great stay.
Location was brilliant for visiting family around the corner, and for the OAT for a concert one night too.
Will definitely return if we're back up this way.
Not a negative, as I appreciate the area is very busy, especially on a weekend, so just awareness of it taking a while to park, but once in, the car was left and the scratchcards provided were very much appreciated.
