I had stayed at this accommodation before, and I like that, although the reception is not staffed throughout the day, everything is well organised and easy to manage independently.
This time, there was a sign saying that the window could not be opened because it had recently been replaced, but it did not indicate when it would be possible to open it again. The room was very warm, and the fan was not sufficient.

Everything was included. Kitchenette had everything needed. Wardrobe had towels, hair dryer and iron and there was an ironing board.
The location of the socket by the kitchenette. To plug the toaster in, I had to pass the cable under the kitchen tap. Feels like it could be a hazard.

It was great to have a kitchen where I could make some breakfast
The bed was very creaky and the the cleanliness could have been a bit better.

The room was adequate. The bed was comfy and all the facilities worked and were clean.
The customer service was absolutely horrendous. For that reason alone I wouldn't book this again. If you have a problem or question after a long day of travel, be prepared to get insulted at the phone and not helped.
