Even though it was self-service, they provided excellent, prompt support over the phone, and the housekeeping staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The bed was also super comfortable.
Needs some TLC in the bathroom (loose valves, shower not draining well, loose wall skirting), and I do think the bedroom could be arranged a bit more neatly (lots of wires and plugs which made it look a bit lived-in).
