Clean and modern, decent space in the room. We struggled with the temperature controller that was in Japanese and was complicated enough that front desk assistance was required and even they had a challenging time.

On arrival, tad early Mrs. Goto took very good care of me and guided me through the procedure. My room was already ready and my pre send luggage was also ready. Great location at the station, big enough for a couple of days to spend in. Comfortable bed and bathroom also bigger than most in Tokyo.
Room rate was acceptable, didn’t use the breakfast though. Enough towels.
Cleaning, need to be improved, sink , below the lid was black, as was the window seal / board. TV is outdated, no streaming services or YouTube etc. available.

It was located at The Station and there lot of restaurants nearby. They have free drip coffee and skincare as well as hair care too.
