Breakfast and happy hour are perfect
Onsen room is not taken care enough.
There is only one hair dryer and another one is out of order. Toilet room is also out of order.

The location was perfect, quiet, safe at night time, & was near the Chiba Station within 10 mins walk. The staff were very friendly & informative. There was a laundry coin for washer/dryer which is a bonus. The staff provided a set of fresh towel, water for every night of our stay.
One of the dryer had issue & took awhile for our laundry to be done...

. The payment method was falsely advertised.
It was written in Chinese (only accept cash), which was why I took out more cash but turned out they only accpeted cards.
The smell was bad after I turned on the aircon.
