Lovingly renovated and ideally located in the North Creek Resort complex, this open-concept loft offers unbeatable access to the ski slopes of Blue Mountain Resort, nearby golf courses, and the beautiful beaches on the shores of South Georgian Bay. Enjoy such thoughtful in-home details as new Kingswood mattresses and a jetted bathtub, as well as community amenities that include a seasonal pool, and tennis courts. This condo is located in North Creek Resort, a complex that sits less than a quarter-mile from the Weider Express High-Speed Lift on the north side of Blue Mountain Resort. You can hop on and off the free resort shuttle bus right at the complex, allowing you to easily spend time perusing the shops, restaurants, and recreational outfitters in Blue Mountain Village less than a mile south. In the summer months, the property is one mile south of Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay and one mile north of Monterra Golf (and within a 12-mile drive of four other courses). THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. Charcoal is not provided for the shared charcoal grill. This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Ski shuttle details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great property, perfect for family of 4, very clean, comfortable beds, great location 5 minutes to Blue Mountain Village, 15 minutes to Downtown Collingwood restaurants and shops. This was our first stay and would recommend.

The unit was very nice and looked exactly like how it was in the pictures. Only issues were that it was a bit dusty up in the lost and there were ants. Would visiti again in the future.

The condo was clean and very comfortable for the 4 of us. However, we received the code access later than 4 pm (check-in). We didn't have conflicts because our itinerary ended at 5 pm, but if you need the condo at 4 pm just consider this fact

Others than having hard time with reservation, AC froze up, filled with dirt, dead ants in sliding door track, front door sticking constantly and nothing really to do. AC got fixed as soon as I called in but was coated in dirt on inside, pool was nice, great walking trail for dogs was amazing

We found the place very easily but it’s quite a distance to walk to Blue Mountain Village. We drove there when we wanted to dine out and ski. Blue mountain village parking is free. This property is on the 2nd level. Family room area is quite small. The 2 double beds are ok but the pull out mattress is thin and not very comfortable to sleep on. Could have been cleaner, I had to wipe down bathrooms & counter tops before we used them. All in all we had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves.

Don’t bother renting unless your budget is limited. If so, pick your own sheets, soap, fry pan and hair dryer. The condo does not fit six people to sit and eat in. Two is the limit
