friendly but confusing activity

There is a wine shop next to the hotel. The saleswoman is an older lady who is really friendly.

Appliances in the apartment are broken: Refrigerator, microwave, bathroom light (electrical wires visible). Electrical outlets that don't work. Check-out time earlier than agreed, this was only announced an hour before check-out was supposed to be.

Good place to stay

Perfect location. 50 meters from American ski lift(#10), from which you can get directly to Carosello 3000. San Giovanni pizzeria is also a great place to eat, delicious pizza and main dishes. And there are two hotels in 50m radius, that have SPA, in case if you want to chill somewhere.

A bit far from city center - 30-40 min walking / 10 min bus. Bigger wardrobe would have been nice. Kitchen is a bit small.

Nice accommodation in Livigno with great Pizzeria.

It is perfect for a family with a child. It is in a nice area of Livigno, clean, with a kitchen that has nearly everything you need even for a longer stay. Great value for your money. An extra is the presence of a nice Pizzeria that is owned by the hosts with great Italian food.

Some facilities in the kitchen would make it even great. (a cutting board, and maybe a Nespresso). The soundproof is not perfect.

It’s gud

But Timing on booking.com and on property I find different . On booking.com write check in 12:00 clock but I reached there 13:15 but still I wait 30 mint tu collect key becouse of they are still cleaning Appartments . And check out wrote on booking.com 8:30 to 10:30 but inside the apartments wrote on instruction . Your Checkout timing is 9:00 clock. Everting is good but Check in and check out timing if found different so Before your booking you should be clear timing of Check in or check out with owner of property .

Appartamento molto accogliente, molto pulito e cosa che non ho mai visto che ogni giorno ci cambiavano gli asciugamani e ci rifacevano il letto, nonostante eravamo in un appartamento. Il ristorante fantastico, si mangia di tutto, specialità del posto e non, tutto molto buono.

Mi è piaciuto tutto non c’era niente che non andava bene
