The moment my daughter and I arrived we were greeted with smiles and assistance with our luggage. We were informed of room amenities and showed the fabulous pool etc. We were soon afterwards provided with cups of tea. The owners were kind and caring and very happy to assist. The room and ensuite were clean and even had a mosquito net, although there were no mossies. Fantastic delicious breakfast options too.

Сам отель как комплекс здания, бассейна и территории неплох, но управляется он ужасно. Ланкийцы хреновые управленцы....не видяд очевидных проблем , грязь везде, особо не разбегуться помочь...
А если учесть, что отель управляется семьёй...то вообще атас: они заняты своими делами, то родственники к ним приехали, то еще что ...
На кухне мухи просто как дома, кучи мух...при этом готовится завтрак((( собака тут же ходит, неизвестно моют ли руки, естественно, все без перчаток...
В нашем двухкомнатном номере были старые кондиционеры, изза которых невозможно спать. Хозяйка предложила мне номер сначала ниже категорией, я отказалась в него ехать. Затем предложила получше, и , что положительно хочу отметить, кондиционер заменили на новый. Но после замены весь срач оставили мне, никто ничего не убрал...
Балдахин тоже грязнючий, пришлось платить уборщикам , чтобы постирали.
Внутри номер грязный: пятна на мягкой мебели, мухи
Бассейн неухоженный, вокруг него кишат термиты и на это всем плевать, грязные, неаккуратно сложенные матрацы для лежаков...бррр

SO much better than the photos, it was such a beautiful property and blew us away. Set in a lush jungle with monkeys in the trees and lots of bird life. Beautiful big rooms, exceptionally clean and each with a balcony and outdoor kitchen. AC and wifi were perfect, and the pool area was stunning. A huge pool, very well maintained, surrounded by mango trees.
Location was beautiful and quiet up the hill but still very easily walkable to both Unawatuna and Jungle beach - nice to have the easy option of both. And exceptional local restaurants (much cheaper than down the hill!) close by.
Breakfast was delicious and filling.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Amazing value for money and we hope to return one day!
