This is an extremely quiet, friendly hotel in a convenient location. The room is large, and it has everything you need. Breakfast on the hotel terrace is a special pleasure. We would like to thank Federico separately for his wonderful attitude and help in resolving all issues. He is an extremely sincere and pleasant person, which is definitely the calling card of this hotel. We highly recommend it.
P.S. It was the most delicious cappuccino, thank you so much!

The location was very good. The breakfast was very good, the staff helpful and the room was so clean. Massive balcony was a nice surprise. Everything was very well. Definitely will stay here again when in Pescara.

McDonald’s
We had the large room with the Kitchenette, The shower is terrible , if your large you won’t fit , you basically can’t move , the towels were shabby and old , sheets were wrinkled I’m
Hoping they were clean , the booking listed there was a washing machine however it wasn’t there, very disappointing as I needed to do my washing. The AC works well. Federico the host was really nice and happy to help to Make coffee for breakfast
