There are three units in the property. It is in a building and there is not any staff on duty 24/7. I arrived at 16:00 and I used a self check in method. The property is clean and spacious. The room is quite comfortable and I sleep well in the bed.

Luxury Stay That Exceeded Expectations
From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a true luxury Airbnb. The place was absolutely impeccable, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The room was wonderfully cool, which was especially appreciated during the hot August weather.
We also loved having a coffee machine ready to use each morning, and the host was incredibly attentive, checking in each morning to see if we needed anything.
Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, luxurious place to stay! Located in the center of Pescara.
