Grace was lovely. Breakfast was convenient and good. Guaranteed parking. Having a suite for the price of a small one bedroom was excellent. 15 mins walk to marina. Only 5 rooms so quieter.
The bathroom in the junior suite was very small. I would upgrade next time and get a room with a bigger bathroom with bath and shower.

The rooms were very spacious with separate sitting area.Bed very comfortable. Balcony was a nice bonus. Location was great for seafront / restaurants / shops

The suite of rooms were spacious. We had a good view from our window. There were comfortable settees and chairs. The bathroom was large and the water pressure was good.
The parking was slightly awkward but manageable.

It was easy to find ascot house,free parking
The driveway was tight to get out of and that’s with a smallish car,the en-suite in the junior suite is very tiny-my legs touched the door when using toilet,shower cubicle knobs came off when trying to open door and only had hot water for a little while in the morning so no shower before heading out for a meal in the late afternoon. Had to ask for a roll of toilet roll as none in room.
