Good location, good breadth of activity for children.
Rooms require a bit of an update, when cleaning the room I’d have expected a bedding change not re-using old and a few items did not work. These were rectified after a day.

Our family room was very big and lovely and clean. The fan was a bonus and liked that the windows opened up properly. Breakfast was great and the staff we did deal with were very polite and helpful

Location of the hotel. Entertainment in the evening at the bar.
Lift out of service and we had the room on the 3rd floor. Everything in the bathroom old. Stairs carpet need to be change.
