The hospitality from Jane was excellent. She had great humour and superb customer care. She goes above and beyond in making sure all is ok. The food was amazing. Accommodation is very clean.

We had a family room and it was beautifully decorated and the bathroom had a bath and shower. We had a fan in the room which kept the room cool in the hot weather. They were very accommodating. There was a variety of breakfast you could have. There was a living room if you wanted before you went back to room. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Torquay

Great location close to Beach, eateries and station. The owner was fantastic - extremely friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble... she wasn't even phased by my food intolerances! Our room was super, comfy beds and sooo clean. The mini kitchenette was well furnished and very clean. Having a fridge was a good bonus. Overall 11/10! 🤩
