Take in the beautiful summer sunsets and playful water activities, as well as the regular sightings of spectacular wildlife during all seasons of the year. Boat / trailer parking available on site. Snowmobile / ATV access available for the world class fishing!
All common areas feature expansive views of the lake. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area offer plenty of storage and counter space for large families and/or longer off-season stays. The living room includes a large 4K Smart TV, lakeside windows, and clean comfortable furniture.
Bedroom #1 - King bed (incline adjustable), bay window with a lakefront view, walk-in closets, master bath suite. Located on first floor.
Bedroom #2 - King bed (incline adjustable), large private lakefront balcony, walk-in closet. Located on second floor.
Bedroom #3 - Queen bed, large closet. Located on second floor.
Bedroom #4 - (2) Twin beds, lakefront view. Located on first floor.

This was a great property located right on the water. The house was exactly as described. Our group of seven: two couples, another friend, and two adult children, fit perfectly. Our host was responsive to questions. The kitchen was well equipped and the adjustable beds were comfortable. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and sunrises over Lake Erie from the deck, and saw a bald eagle, herons, egrets, and a family of ducks.

Beautiful and comfortable house with an amazing view of lake Erie. The beautiful deck practically sits in the water. Modern and clean with everything you need.

A disappointment caused primarily by poor housekeeping and maintenance. Portions of the kitchen/dining area ceiling were covered with spiders and webs. Master shower handle was loose or broken, second floor shower drain backed up. Upon arrival we discovered the broken electronic key system which the home rep knew of but did not warn us about. Suggestion: fix it today. Or warn your next customer. We figured out the key, but the confusion was stressful and house rep's perceived arrogance upon followup through text message was not appreciated. Also found dirty dishes in dishwasher with no dishcleaning soap.
