Located in Palm Desert, this attractive condo for $153 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. **PLEASE READ FIRST** The minimum nightly stay varies. Thanks! 🙂 One of the most popular and highest rated two-bedroom units in coveted Desert Falls Country Club! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gorgeous ground level condo is popular, filled with light and very tastefully updated and appointed. The unit backs out to a large, grassy area with gorgeous views and West and Northwest sun exposure. The home is conveniently located just steps away from a sun-soaked pool and hot tub complex. There are over 32 in this complex! The home sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the expansive master suite with 2 huge, wall length closets and a massive bathroom. The guest bedroom offers twin size beds and a very comfortable desk/workstation if you absolutely must work while on vacation here. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper mattress. The kitchen is amazing and stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need. If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios. There is a large format flat screen television in the living area and master bedroom and the cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even HBO and Showtime. Both TV’s are SMART with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. Curl up with a good book or enjoy morning coffee out on the patio in the super comfy lounge chairs and light up the Weber BBQ grill (natural gas) for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals. As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day. In addition to all this marvelous home has to offer, there is your very own 2 car garage complete with 2 new bicycles great for cruising around the club and the neighborhood. Speaking of the neighborhood, you don’t get better or more centrally located than Desert Falls Country Club. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the I-10 freeway, shopping and restaurants galore, hiking trails, art galleries and so much more. Want to golf? Enjoyed our stay. Cooked when we wanted. Used the hot tub and sat by the pool. Nice and safe and secure, well cared for accomations.

Listing is very accurate. A large sized condo. Bedroom was large with lots of storage space and a comfy bed. Walk in shower and main bathroom were perfect, rainfall shower was awesome. Lots of facilities in the kitchen for cooking. Lounge area was fine and comfortable. Large drive and garage. We utilised the Huffys bikes in the garage. Pool and hot tub were at the back of the property (shared) about 30 yards away and were always quiet when we used them. The street and complex seemed so quiet, security on the front gate were always very polite. Good communications with Drew throughout, overall a relaxing stay and quiet stay. Thank you

This was our third stay at a Desert Falls property. The condo was immaculate and well stocked. Drew, the property manager, is great at checking in to make sure all is well and is available to answer any questions. Bonus on this trip was watching the Christmas golf cart parade. Would recommend this property, or any one that Drew manages.

Enjoyed our stay at excellent two bedroom, two bath condo. Very large unit in gated community. Close to everything. Nice pools, gym and convenient in and out. Nice patio through sliding doors. Bedroom spacious with super comfortable mattress… Will likely stay there again. Drew, property manager was terrific. Very nice place!

My BF and I were in town for the 3 day Power Trip Music Festival in Indio. We were very appreciative that the property was super clean, comfortable, and in walking distance to the Marriott, where we caught the shuttle to Indio. The home was nicely air-conditioned as it was so warm (in the 100s). We had use of the garage and swimming pool was an added bonus!

My husband, mother, and I spent Christmas in this Palm Desert condo. It was a great stay overall. Andrew was very prompt and friendly in our communications. Checking in was a breeze! The condo is lovely - pretty decor, a very well appointed kitchen, fabulous appliances (I want to adopt the refrigerator), large TVs that are easy to operate. We arrived pretty late and Andrew had the lights on and the whole place was very welcoming.
Two things that were less than great were (1) the beds need to be replaced - they're pretty saggy; and (2) there was a funky old sheets smell in the smaller 2nd bedroom. Neither of these things were big deals to us and didn't affect our stay.
Back to the good stuff: the proximity to the pool and jacuzzi area is so close! Literally 100 ft out the patio door. Despite being so close, it's not noisy at all. There are multiple pools in the complex and only a few people used it - it felt like we had our own private pool. There are also bikes at the condo, which we didn't get a chance to use but I loved that they were provided. The grounds are impeccably kept and it would be fun to bike around the neighborhood.
The last thing I want to mention is the master bathroom. It's been remodeled and really nice! I would definitely stay here again. :)

Spent nine nights at Drew’s condo. The condo is ground level and beautifully appointed. Lots of room for a family or group of friends. The attached two car garage was handy, as was the pool and hot tub which were about 25 feet from the back door of the condo. The grounds are beautiful and the gate attendants and neighbors were very friendly. Its the perfect location if you are looking for a more quiet and laid back getaway compared to the Palm Springs area. We will be back soon.

I recently took my mom on a fact finding trip to Palm Desert so she could look at assisted living places. This home worked perfectly as a home base for this busy trip. The location was perfect for us. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed to relax after a stressful day. Drew was the perfect host and always available to answer questions. We had to vacate our home due to flooding and mold. We were able to reserve the condo on short notice. Drew was extremely accommodating with our situation.

My friends and I stayed here for Coachella, the property & community was gorgeous and a short walk away from a shuttle stop. Drew was an excellent host - check in/out was very easy, he checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed, and he is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent stay. The host Drew was extremely accessible and helpful. The location and amenities were perfect for our family of 4 with two children. The pool was an easy walk from the property and the kids loved it. Highly recommend.

My friends and I stayed here for Coachella, the property & community was gorgeous and a short walk away from a shuttle stop. Drew was an excellent host - check in/out was very easy, he checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed, and he is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Due to a family emergency, we had to extend our stay in Palm Desert and found this place at the last minute.
The property is decent value for the price. However do realize that the apartment has another unit on top of it. And, if there are people in the unit above, there is significant noise (you can follow the footsteps above around the unit).The people who were there at the same time as us were up very early so there was no chance for sleeping in. They were not making unreasonable levels of noise but there is poor insulation between the floors.
Positives :
1) The interior was very clean. Outside on the patio and the windows, there was a lot of dust - this is normal in the desert of course but it would have been nice to have it cleaned right before our arrival so we didnt have to do it.
2) The terrace and access to pool area is convenient, and nice not to have any other units visible. Area is quiet at night.
3) Towels were sufficient in good shape, basic cleaning supplies were provided and all appliances worked.
4) The master bed is polarizing. It is very high up off the ground. I cant imagine an older smaller person with mobility issues able to get into it at all without a step up.
The mattress has a deep foam pad on top of it. My husband loved it but I found it uncomfortable and quite warm (I am told the pad can be removed from the bed)
For improvement:
1) Check in & communication: We didn't receive confirmation or details on the check-in until the morning of, and I had to prompt the contact for those details when I realized we hadnt received anything. Then, we were then told we would be met at the property but it was cancelled last-minute. We were able to get in without issues but I would have appreciated more information ahead of time.
2) Better directions on how to get into the complex - we entered the other side of the resort only to find we couldn't get to the property from that entrance.
3) Refurbishment of kitchen: Certain parts of the unit have been redone but others - specifically the kitchen cabinets - are pretty old and worn out.
4) Kitchen supplies were very basic, and lower quality (ie scratched teflon pans, cheap looking plates etc)
5) Provide movable step in masterbed for the high bed (see note above).
We stayed the first week in a VBRO in a nearby resort.
It cost around 40% more but was such a world above this place - another level of comfort. But like anything, you get what you pay for.
