This home has been our family retreat for many years and we know you will love being in the mountains of Bella Vista. Our home is very unique, being built with poly-steel material and all the outside walls are concrete. This makes our home very quiet and energy-efficient. Our home includes a big tornado shelter, exercise room, an office with a printer and a big bonus room downstairs. There are 3 decks overlooking gorgeous trees! The main deck is great for morning coffee, family gatherings, or to fire up the grill. It is 25 feet up, giving you the feeling of being in a tree-house.

We stayed 3 nights for Christmas Adventure with our family. There was plenty of room for all of us. The basement housed our young adults and teens. They enjoyed the Movie Theatre set up and especially enjoyed the Christmas football game. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived Christmas Eve that the home was decorated and had a 12 ft Christmas tree. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining room table large enough to fit us all. We would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Bentonville/Rogers area. The location was right in between all we wanted to do.

We loved the location. Felt remote and woodsy but close to everything in Bemtonvile and Fayetteville. Extremely spacious and well appointed and space for everyone. More than enough space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the dining room for our Thanksgiving celebration! Many thanks to our hosts!

Love love loved the house! Easy access, nice soft bath towels, nice that not all beds are downstairs for the older people. Great sitting room, huge table for us to play our gameS on, awesome sitting room for everyone. Already booked again for next October and will book this house for the rest of our trips to War Eagle!

Ten family members from across the US congregated at this lovely home (which was only 5 minutes from the brother's home.) The home is so spacious that we hardly used the available areas. The decks were located over wooded areas and the only noise was a bird or squirrel. We will stay again.

We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The house was really nice, very large, and had everything a person could want in the kitchen. Huge laundry room (normally we don't do laundry on a trip, but this was so nice that we did and came home with clean clothes). All the rooms were very large and deck was outstanding, seating 8 easily. We played games on the deck before we went golfing. The house was gorgeous, centered among beautiful golf courses. We like to try different locations playing golf, but this house and location was so good that we are really thinking of renting this home next year - same time frame. Never really had to contact the host for anything; everything was there.

Cannot overstate how wonderful this property is. Everything you could ever want is available in the kitchen. Beds were gloriously comfortable. Entertainment room downstairs was large and the big screen tv and pit group was so comfortable for watching movies. By far the BEST VRBO I’ve stayed in!!

Booked this wonderful home for week of daughter’s wedding in Bentonville. Home was close to everything (10-15 minutes drive) and equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home (food not included but grocery store and restaurants five minutes away : ). Great communication from owners. Will book again if need arises. Thank you for providing a great retreat and we pray God’s continued blessings.

This house was perfect for our group. It is very nice and has lots of room. The house was very clean. Our only problem was that we tried to use the grill but there was no propane. Other than that, all was good and enjoyed the house. The location is great for the Bella Vista golf courses and restuarants.

I rate this property as excellent! Hands down the best of our approximately 25 stays at various rentals across the US. Property was spacious with 5 BR’s and a huge dining room table to accommodate everyone. Lots of card games! Everything worked like you would expect in your own home. As we finished grilling one evening the propane tank went empty. Greg had a full one there the next morning! Thank you! The coffee bar was a definite hit! We will be back for sure!

We had 11 family members staying here for Thanksgiving and everyone had room to spread out and relax! We had everything we needed from dishes, to pots and pans, to blankets and pillows! : ) The owner was fabulous to work with, and even graciously allowed us to check out a bit later on Saturday, which made it less stressful packing up. My kids didn't want to leave!!

We were there for a friends wedding in Cave Springs. It was a great house and neighborhood with quick access to 71 and 49. With two newborns, the house provided enough space and privacy for the little ones naps. (big guy naps too) You will not be sorry if you stay here.

There were four couples and this home accommodated all with bed and bathe for eac couple. The great room was a wonderful place to gather at the end of the day. The spacious deck overlooked the woods. The home provided all the amenities you could possibly want or need. The home was immaculate and comfortable.
