This updated 2 bedroom 2 bath home can easily sleep 6-7 people and is close to the Beaches (Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island are all under 10 miles away). Less than 2 miles from IMG and across the street from State College of Florida. This home away from home has everything you will need. FULLY applianced kitchen, heated pool, quiet neighborhood, all towels and blankets, eating utensils, and beach essentials provided. This is a very busy property with folks usually checking in the same day you will be checking out, it is important that the check out time of 10am is respected as we need to come in and clean and prepare the house for the next guests. Please keep in mind that this home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, most folks work regular jobs and though you are on vacation, they are not. We have a strict quiet time from 10pm-7am, with no outside noise or music. Even during the day noise should be considerate of the neighborhood. There are many areas in Bradenton and the Island that are more conducive to louder noises. This neighborhood is not, we as well as the neighbors and the police take noise complaints pretty seriously. Beautiful outdoor living/seating area with an in-ground heated pool covered with a screened cage for extra security . The living room has seating for all your guests and also includes a pull out sleeper sofa and a smart TV. We have very strong wifi with an 100/100 speed for all your wifi needs. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave, oven), an island w/ additional seating and all the equipment needed to prepare, cook and eat your meals! Enjoy your meals in the dining room (table seats 6), at the breakfast bar or at the outside tables. The backyard features an in-ground heated pool and a beautiful living/seating area. There is a propane grille for your enjoyment as well, please clean the grille after every use and let us know if propane is out, we have an extra propane tank for you in case it runs out mid cooking. Keep in mind that the heat on the pool will heat the pool up to 80-85 degrees in the winter months, late October to March/April. It is not a jacuzzi it is a pool. If the heater was not on, the water would most likely be in the 60's which would be very uncomfortable to swim in. If you are looking for a pool that gets warmer than that, you can look for a listing that has an indoor pool (which will help the water get and stay warmer or a listing with a jacuzzi which the water will go over 100 degrees. We point this out as some past guests have requested the pool to be jacuzzi temperature and the heater (which is brand new in 2019) is not capable of doing that for a outdoor swimming pool. Thank you for understanding. Master bedroom has a queen bed with large screen smart tv. Beautiful attached full bathroom with sunken tub. The master bedroom also has a day bed in it as well for extra sleeping area. Second bedroom features a queen bed, large closet and lots of natural light. Second bathroom is centrally located in the house and features a stand up shower. The house also features super fast Wi-Fi with 100upload/100download. House has an alarm system and fire alarm hooked up directly to the fire department. Our home has everything you will need for your stay, all kitchen equipment to cook, eat and prepare your meals. Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, waffle maker, blender, indoor & outdoor plates and cups, etc. All linens, towels, blankets and pillows are supplied. Bring your clothes and you are all set! We also include beach supplies! Chairs, cooler, umbrellas, blanket, etc. This is in a quiet residential neighborhood with long established neighbors. Less than 2 miles from Manatee Ave and Cortez Rd, both main roads leading to the beaches and full of shopping and restaurants.
