This comfortable space features an electric fireplace and a 40-inch smart TV to welcome you home from your daily adventures of skiing, snowboarding, golfing, or mountain biking. You'll also have shared access to a seasonal pool and seasonal tennis courts. You'll find this condo in North Creek Resort, a complex that sits a quarter-mile walk from the Weider Express High-Speed Lift and a short ride on the free shuttle bus from Blue Mountain Village (less than a mile south). In the Village, you'll find another ski lift and dozens of restaurants and shops amid charming cobblestone streets and turn-of-the-century architecture. In the summertime, Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay is only a mile north. There are also five golf courses within a 12-mile drive, including Monterra Golf one mile down the road. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. Charcoal is not provided for the shared charcoal grill. This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This is the 2nd unit I have stayed at in this community. This one was much cleaner and well maintained. Overall it was perfect for a few days of skiing and chilling at Blue Mountain. If you are a light sleeper or grouchy about people moving around this property is not for you. You can hear every footstep in the property upstairs. This didn't bother me at all. The only issues were either the people before me or someone nextdoor was frying with oil and I could have used a candle or incense to mask that. However like all smells once you sit in it for a bit it goes away. The only other issues is the hair dryer did.not work but I suspect if I had complained I would have got a new one. Otherwise it had everything I needed and more. The kitchen was really well appointed, it even had a cake server which I used :) Will definitely be back soon.

However this unit is close to the Garbage Disposal station , so in the morning , outside garbage truck’s noise quite annoying…..

Entry instruction for key in lock box but obviously they do not use that for years. The key pad entry needs to key in code and follow by check mark.should revise your instruction. The property looks dated from the exterior. Patio screen door can’t shut. Only one window can be open but the turning device is barely working. Air conditioner, dish washer, bathroom fan and jacuzzi are functional but very noisy. Guess they are all original with the condo, 15-20 years young? And there is no condiments or cooking oil coffee or tea there, get to a quick trip to the groceries. Almost all cottage rental have them.

The place is nice but no internet connection/ the coffee maker leaked all over the counter when used. The oven could use updating, couldn’t use it without burning the food.

Perfect for what was needed and close to all the sights of the Village and Collingwood. Easy parking (during weekdays and off peak season). The bathroom light tends to flicker like a stroke light when on max so that could be checked. Maybe some tea bags would be nice touch to have but it was great!

This studio chalet was not exceptional in any way, but provided my family (2 adults, 1 toddler) with what we needed. Overall, it appeared to be pretty clean. The mattress seemed to be pretty old and I didn't find it to be overly comfortable, but my wife didn't complain about it. The air conditioner was quite noisy and explained why the closed captioning was on by default on the TV. The TV functioned well and Netflix was available. We didn't use the small, attached deck. It appeared to be quite worn down and unattractive. This wasn't our first choice at Northcreek, but we unfortunately lost our first reservation. This accommodation got the job done.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. We locked ourselves out by accident and the staff were super helpful and nice. The room was clean and stocked with everything we could need. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel room stay close by the resort, the snow was the kine I love to be in when you spending so much time at hot summer days in Hawaii. The braddaz give me good deals for renting snowboards when I need um unodakine. Overall the place so good I gong come back one day laddat. Aloha and mahalos for the hospitality
