18 of us: 8 adults and 10 kids ranging in age from 6-17. House was fully equipped with virtually everything we’d need.

Beautiful place, location and service. We had a wonderful break!

We loved the house, the views were amazing and the pool was sensational. The home sits very close to the ocean, which was really convenient when sunning on the gorgeous white sandy beach, and jumping in, when we got too hot. The close proximity to the ocean set the scene for unforgettable sunsets from all oceanfront balconies which were located off the main kitchen/living room area and 2 master beds. The staff was very attentive. We had moderate effects from redtide the first couple days, but this was mother natures work, nothing the property manager could do about that. As a precaution, we requested masks to wear during walks on the beach, the managers dropped the masks off the same day for us. As for the scenery outside the home, rentors should be aware of the ongoing clean up efforts from Hurricane Ian. Bonita Beach stil has their issues but is NOTHING, compared to Fort Meyers, just miles down the road. We could not belive our eyes in terms of the devastation Hurrican Ian caused. The drive thru Fort Meyers was sombering, but highly educational to see first hand the damage a Hurricane can cause Fort Meyers will someday be a shiny new and beautiful beachtown and will add huge value to this BB rental property so close. Rentors should also know there is public beach access next door. The vistors were never an issue and they did not create a nuisance, nor did anyone stay past sunset. Visit local Coconut Jacks to eat.To summarize, we would rent this home again in an instant.

The property was awesome on a nice beach and had a great pool and hot tub. The house is setup perfect for larger groups and was well stocked. The perfect luxury vacation for our group.

Our 3-generation family of 13 just completed a week-long stay at this property. The house is maybe 50 feet from the water line, and the home itself is conducive to a beach vacation in every way. There was room for all of us, it was very clean, and very well equipped - from beach towels and toys to a fully equipped and efficient kitchen. The pool was such a nice "time out" from the beach for our 7-year olds, and provided a very nice respite for the rest of us. We were aware that trash was always moved to the curb and that the pool and hot tub were always clean, but never saw or heard those staff. Nicole made booking and arrival seamless, and Crissy was unbelievably responsive and helpful. We had a couple of small problems (one which was potentially big), and she had service people at the house within the hour. We hope that when our travel plans take us back to Bonita Springs, this home, Nicole, and Crissy will again be available.

This home fit all our needs with three young children under five, and nine adults. Pool was excellent, with loads of pool equipment and toys for young ones, which was a nice surprise. High chair on site, and baby gates. Plenty of towels, and well stocked. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable family vacation.

The house was perfect for spending time with family. The sunsets made for beautiful pictures to preserve memories of our time together.

We stayed at this house with our multi-generational family (ages 17 to 81) in May 2022. We have stayed in the Destin area for several of our annual Florida trips and wanted to try somewhere new. Bonita Beach is great! We loved picking up shells and watching the sunsets across the Gulf. This house was better stocked and equipped than any other house we have rented. The beach towels, toys, kitchen pans/appliances, beach chairs, etc. were all great. Crissy (the concierge for the house) was wonderful! She was very responsive any time we had a question (usually within minutes) and knew the house inside and out. It was a great vacation and we hope to be back soon. We highly recommend this house in Bonita Beach, FL!

The home was one of the most beautiful homes we have ever rented. My family enjoyed the home, amenities, location etc. Our contact person Crissy was extremely helpful and always there for us whenever needed. She did a fantastic job. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return in the future.

What a wonderful time we had the kids played on the beach in the morning and then in the pool & hot tub in the afternoon. Nice size kitchen with large fridge so you can load up for the time you are there! Pool toys, chairs for the beach, umbrellas you couldn’t ask for much more!!

beautiful place well maintained

We had 5 adults and 1 child, the house was quite comfortable for us. We loved the proximity to the beach and a warm pool was special given the unusually cool conditions for south Florida during the week of January 15-22.

Walkable you a couple bars/restaurants. Beautiful home, comfy, all items you could think of needing are there. We had 12 people very comfortably. Only complaint would be that the property is very open inside and can get noisy, but overall would definitely rent this again!!

Everything from the amenities to communication was wonderful. The house fit our needs and served as the most incredible place for a family vacation, even with 5 kids under 4! Will return again!

We booked this property for a large family reunion (18 people ages 7 to 84) and found it to be PERFECT for the occasion. Plenty of space so no one felt on top of each other, beautiful sunset views form the balcony every evening, quite literally on the beach for ultimate convenience, and a beautiful house with every amenity we needed available. This was one of the most well stocked rentals I've ever booked. Crissy, the property manager, was incredibly accommodating to any issues we experienced during our stay, with a very quick response time even over the holidays. Everyone in our party raved about our stay, 10/10 would recommend this rental for a large group getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. We enjoyed the beach and the hot tub a like. Nicole was extremely accommodating and accessible able to answer questions via text instantly. We would highly recommend this place.
