Situated in New Westminster, this lovely house for $92 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. We hope you'll join us at the Wells Gray Manor! We understand and appreciate how complicated things are at the moment. We're committed to doing our best to safely host guests who need to quarantine, social distance, or just get away. Rest assured, we will go to extreme lengths to offer you the safest possible pleasant stay. The surfaces will be meticulously disinfected. We will take care of your laundry, provide cleaning services at a discounted rate, and work with you to have groceries delivered to your door. The front porch is also a great place to breath fresh air at a safe distance in comfort. We are lucky enough to own one of the original historic Manors of gorgeous Queens Park, New Westminster. It is a beautiful heritage estate that was established in 1909. with gorgeous trees and many original Edwardian features. nestled in the middle of a perfectly quaint and stunning area, you'll be just a stroll away from parks, the river, restaurants and coffee houses, vintage shops and community markets. Transit is steps from your front door, and you're centrally located to be able to access downtown Vancouver, or anywhere in the lower Vancouver area with ease.

The suit I stayed in was very cousy and with a lot of character. All necessities were provided. Clean and easy to access by public transportation. Kind hosts.

False advertising. VRBO site says “breakfast include”. NO BREAKFAST.
The garden area needs work. Stair landings littered with junk. No instructions for using the TV. No bath/shower soap. Used hand soap instead. No coffee supplies available.
Service charge, cleaning fee and taxes came to as much as the 2night rental.

Nice safe neighborhood, unit was large and the hosts were accomodating and friendly.
Only complaint is with the trains blasting horns all through the early morning. Not the host's fault by any means

I booked Danica and Curtis' property for my parents to stay in while they came to visit. Both Danica and Curtis were very communicative from the start and extremely personable.
The suite was a great size, and had everything that you could need. It was clean and very quiet too. There was a slight issue with the fan on the in-suite fridge that was causing a bit of noise, but Curtis was on it straight away, fixed it and, very kindly, compensated us for the trouble.
The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from my apartment, and just a great spot in general, just a couple of blocks away from Queen's Park.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone, and if I don't have a bigger apartment the next time my parents come to visit then I'll book here again!

Lovely location, nice and quiet neighborhood. The suite is very well equipped. We truly enjoyed our stay ! The patio is a perfect location for a late glass of wine :-)

Unique place. 3 floors all suites are on 2 or 3. Stairs only.. we had a great stay, host/hostess great! Could use a little extra TLC, but all in all it was perfect for the price, we had a great stay!
