The entire Suite is best if you're seeking a home away from home. With an entire place, you'll have the whole space to yourself. This Beautiful Suite includes two bedrooms, a washroom, and a kitchen. The home is close to public transit. A furnished daily, weekly or monthly rental here is like no other…. why stay in a cramped and stuffy place when you can have all the amenities and convenience of a home? If you’re debating between an apartment downtown with the traffic, noise, and elevators or the thrill of more authentic accommodations, you’ve come to the right place. The chateau has the best of both worlds. This home is situated at a central location with lane access, and a paved road, with Ample street parking facilities. Offering furnished rentals in Greater Vancouver Lower Mainland and conveniently located. It’s the right choice for professionals and families with children seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Note: Your safety is our priority. External premises are equipped with surveillance and security system. As our housekeeper changes furniture & wall hanging pictures, etc. regularly, some of the furnishings may not exactly the same shown in some of the pictures. The common area at the house/suite may have very limited access by us if needed, due to the control system. Sometimes “Default” heading of the description confuse the readers. For example: Each Bedroom has one queen bed which can accommodate two adults only on the bed. Sofabed if mention, is an addition amenity for free which can accommodate children easily and if linen or blanket for sofabed is needed, you have to request and inform the owners upon arrival. Also, we are expecting the guest must have their toiletries to their use. Portable fans are being provided. “The Chateau” is a huge luxury & Beautiful property. It consists of the main house and two basement suites with different options. Please note that your Suite is independent, containing two bedrooms with a kitchen and a living area with separate entry. You will have your own privacy and no access to/from the main house/other basement suites. Please note that basement rooms do not have AC (air condition) but the temperature of Burnaby in basement is reasonably normal and portable fans are being provided.

This home is centrally located in Burnaby and made for a good base while visiting our friends in the city. Everything was clean and the heated floors were a nice touch. Although we did not make use of the oven, the microwave and laundry pair worked perfectly. One suggestion for improvement would be to please provide shower gels rather than bars of soap (unless brand new). Parking is on street but there was no difficulty finding a spot as the home is on a corner. We enjoyed our stay and felt we received reasonable value for the cost.

Newer built home with design-built rental units. It was a comfortable spot for my stay in Burnaby. The Superior Suite is a basement unit, and as such is dimmer despite the large windows. Bed was very comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. All amenities there. No living room, so if watching tv you must view it from the kitchen table. Also bring your own shampoo and bath products. Overall very good.

We were able to go out of the neighbourhood pretty easily just minutes from the highway and all of the mall locations. Direct from the home, the home itself is very comfortable and the homeowners are very accommodating to our needs. wonderful time was had

Property was in a quite area. Spacious unit with kitchen, TV, washroom amenities in excellent condition. Owner has enforced many safety measures.

Property is ok to stay. Parking is on the street. Remember to bring all the stuff like soap, shampoo, dish washer and laundry powders etc. Requested to store our baggage on last day of the trip but was not allowed.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were fortunate to have the main and upper floors. It was an immaculate property and we really enjoyed being there. Our host Yatendra was great. Anytime we needed anything he was right there to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this as a rental accommodation in Vancouver.
