Located in the quiet town of Los Osos this custom home offers luxury living at its finest. You will enjoy the attention to detail in every aspect of the house including the enclosed hot tub atrium, wind-protected deck with firepit offering views of the bay and golf course, and a terrific game room. The incredible kitchen has unique details and an impressive custom countertop that even lights up! Golf enthusiasts will love the proximity to the Sea Pines Golf Course with the Morro Bay Golf Course also nearby. It is a short 15-minute drive to the heart of Morro Bay and an easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants in Los Osos. The home will exceed your expectations in every way and is the perfect comfortable and peaceful retreat. Some of the many features that you will enjoy while staying here are: Master bedroom with a CA king size bed, a fireplace, bay views, and en suite full bathroom with step in shower and large soaking tub. 2nd bedroom downstairs features a CA king size bed and cozy fireplace 3rd bedroom downstairs features a queen size bed 4th Bedroom downstairs features a bunk bed with a trundle and flat screen TV. The bunk bed has a twin on the top and a full size on the bottom. The trundle is also full size. Fantastic bay views from the dining, kitchen, and living areas as well as master bedroom Private Hot Tub for guest use in the enclosed atrium with custom etched glass Spacious, bay-facing, wind protected deck on the upper level of the home. Sit back and relax around the firepit or fire up the BBQ for an evening meal. Game room in the basement featuring a pool table, ping pong table, large TV, and small refrigerator. Large capacity washer/dryer Double car garage plus large driveway PLEASE NOTE: This home is a multi level home and is not suitable for mobility challenged people. While staying in Los Osos there are great restaurants, coffee shops, local markets, and a large grocery store. The best part of this location is that you are very close to Montana de Oro, one of the most beautiful State Parks in California! The park offers great hiking, bike riding, and horseback riding. No Smoking and No Pets Allowed! This is strictly enforced. Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.

Had a great stay with some friends. Very quiet, laid back neighborhood. Hot tub and game room were great. Kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend to any and all who want a quite, relaxing stay in a great small coastal town

This house has a vault ceiling on second floor which we enjoyed very much. It's spacious for 6 of us. Two bedrooms with a king size bed. The third bedroom has a full? size bed. The 4th bedroom with bunker beds. I think for 6 or 8 people will be good. We stayed 4 nights. But it seems we should stay longer....

The house was as advertised. Grandkids loved the spa and game room. Adults loved the outside deck and watching the golfers from the kitchen window. Accommodations were perfect for 3 families with 3 kids. Would definitely stay again. Also, go to Beerwood and Caliwala bakery.

The views from this house are amazing - such a beautiful place for our family vacation. All amenities were as advertised, the hot tub was a big hit, as were the gas fireplaces, due to the chilliness of the week. There was a bit of an overpowering chemical type smell in the master bedroom - had to leave the window open for a while to air it out when we arrived. Other than that, the space was perfect for our family gathering.

There were 8 of us ladies - all family - staying at this home for a week. We get together every year and this house worked out great for our needs. It was a quiet location that was close to a lot of the things we wanted to do. The views from the house were amazing and we were right on the coast. The checj in and check out process was super easy, the house was very clean, and everything was ready for us when we got there. We notoced a few minor things (like one of the patio door handles was coming loose and the coffee pot wasnt working quite right) but other than that, everything was great. We would stay again if we have the opportunity.

This home is a must stay! Everything was clean and the home is exactly as we see in pictures. Things to note is: the ocean view is from family room/BBQ grill area. And technically the view is looks to be of bay water and not ocean to say. To go to game room, one needs to step out of the main home. We were expecting and finding the game room downstairs but then realized that we there is a diff. entry to go to game room. Apart from these, it is a must staycation home!

This is a great property and it worked out very well for my family. It was a great home-base for the family as we went to celebrate our child’s graduation from Cal Poly. Initially, we were a bit put off by the strict rules on the property. (I.e. restricted number of people allowed at any given time; restricted vehicles; no street parking and the threat of expulsion. However after arriving and experiencing this amazing home, we understand the property owners concern and desire to ensure this place stays in good shape. Everything in this home is top of the line… the owners upgraded EVERYTHING. It was wonderful and definitely deserves a five star rating.

We had a great time here. The house had plenty of room for our family of 7. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Golf is right across the street. Montana de Oro park is just down the road with great hiking and biking. Several really nice beaches are within 20 minutes. We plan on returning.

We had a great stay. We were two families and the space is wonderful. The kids (and us) enjoyed the playroom. There is ample space in the house to hang out and also to find a quiet spot for reading. Kitchen is well equipped. We cooked and baked and used outside grill. All without issues. Close to the beach and a short drive to Morro Bay. I highly recommend the house and the location. We would definitely love to return.

Perfect house for a family gathering. Communal spaces were very comfortable. Los Osos itself is very quiet which is a plus but no shops cafes or restaurants are within walking distance so it's pure suburbia not a buzz.

This house is an absolute gem. Great location, fantastic amenities ( the hot tub was a huge plus and the game room was lots of fun), perfectly equipped with all you need. And the property is HUGE. Little hiccup with the cleanliness of one of the tubs and some light bulbs burned out but really nothing major. We would come back here in a heartbeat! Also a little suggestion: drive about 25 minutes south from this location and go visit Avila Beach, a suoer cute little town. On the way stop to visit the Avila Barn where you can buy delicious honey. 5 stars

The stove top igniters didn’t all work. The game room was hidden and only one pool stick. The outdoor barbecue could be replaced or worked on. Other wise we had a really good time and enjoyed our stay.

This week we fell in love with Los Osos. This house was much larger than what we needed but it was clean, comfortable, and was within a short drive to every place we wanted to visit in Central Coast California. The butterfly grove is pretty cool, as well. Maggie and Brian of Beach-n-Bay took great care of us, responding to our every question or concern. Top thumbs, way up!

Wonderful Getaway Property

Wonderful location and property for our seven person family which ranged from Seniors in their 80s to kids as young as seven. Great views from the house, which was spacious and well appointed (beds were very comfortable which we haven't always found to be the case with vacation rentals), and the jacuzzi and game room were a hit with the whole family. The only thing is that there are lots of stairs and the common areas are upstairs, so I recommend a potential renter considering that aspect carefully if their party includes anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, just a wonderful property all around.

We thoroughly loved our stay at this property. The home was even more beautiful than the pictures. The check in/check out process was seamless. House was very clean, well appointed and super comfortable. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. It was really nice house but it Wasn’t as close to the beach as we expected. We had a great time and loved how much the house had to offer there was a few items that either we couldn’t figure out how to operate or were broken like the fire pit. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend!
