The location was excellent and the host was welcoming and communicative, particularly with questions I had prior to our visit. Additionally, when we arrived to check-in at 11am, he said it was 3pm, but when I showed up that from 11am was stated on Booking.com, we were able check-in within 30 minutes

Locatie op het pittoreske pleintje van Montecatini Alto. De ruime, schone en comfortabele kamer met fijne douche. Parkeergelegenheid in de schaduw op loopafstand. Leuke restaurantjes, dorpscafé en museum over Leonardo da Vinci.

Very good location and quite easy access. Modern design and functional AC.
We only had 1 toilet paper which ran out quickly. Upon arrival we did not receive any information on WiFi and only got it after asking about it twice. During the booking process we had two options, both with the totally same description. We booked the more expensive one hoping we would get the one with a panorama view but we were surprised to get the one with a view into the square (see photo).
