Great hotel for families with children all ages. The facilities and the entertainment for kids are amazing and extremelly well organized. Yes, it's a big hotel with a lot of people but there are plenty of space and activities for everyone to enjoy confortably. The hotel was fully booked and never had an issue with the pool chairs, or with the restaurants. Staff is great and very nice. Would definitely recommend for families
Access to the beach can be tough with kids and there are no beach chairs and shades from the hotel.

The food. The vast space and the amount of pools available.
The faulty sun umbrellas at all the pools. The insects finding their way into the rooms and the lack of ability by management to review this problem. The attitude displayed by one of their lifeguards at the kids pool when I climbed onto the pirate ship when my autistic daughter was having a meltdown was regrettable.
