IT HAS A DOUBLE BED IN EACH BEDROOM AND A DOUBLE FUTON IN THE LIVING ROOM. AGE RESTRICTION : Sandpiper Beach Resort requires that one of all the guests be a minimum of 25 years of age. PERSONAL INFORMATION: *Your personal information - GOVERNMENT PHOTO ID is required upon check-in. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING, PILLOWS AND LINENS FOR DOUBLE BEDS. YOU MUST BRING TOWELS AND TOILETRIES (including toilet paper, and soaps/shampoo and cleaning supplies) AS THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED. Each mattress is covered with a freshly washed cover, protector and must not be removed. KITCHENS: OUR KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH POTS AND PANS, DISHES, GLASSES, MUGS, CUTLERY AND SOME COOKING AND SERVING UTENSILS. THERE IS A STOVE, REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, KETTLE AND COFFEE MAKER. EACH COTTAGE HAS THEIR OWN BARBECUE WITH PROPANE TANK AND A PICNIC TABLE.

I highly recommend sandpiper cottages for a stay at Wasaga beach. We fully intend to go back.

It was a great cottage right on the beach with a lovely deck. We stayed for a week and it was perfect. We had a 2 bedroom and it was perfect I think if there were 4 adults it would be tight. The cabin could use a few updates though. New door handles/locks on the cabin are definitely need as they were very difficult to use, new shower curtain and a curtain on the bathroom window, and a new futon as it was very uncomfortable for sitting. Also the WIFI and TV reception( Rogers) is verrrry spotty. But all in all I would stay again !!!!

My friend and I loved our stay in cottage 11. It’s small but perfect for two people. We love to cook and we’re able to make epic meals during our stay. It is located right on the beach so it doesn’t really get any better than that. The resort was peaceful when we were there for civic weekend. Very family/kid friendly. I would 100% stay here again. Had to rate it a 4/5 though because the “bed” was like a torture device. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and I woke up each morning with pain in my neck and back. I read the reviews about the mattress before hand and hoped maybe there would be a new one….do yourself a favour and bring an air mattress with you if you book this cottage. You will regret it if you don’t.

2nd time to this little resort.... If your looking for beach time away from the huge crowd of the Public parts of the Beach... this is the spot.

If the cottage have a patio its gone a be better for the rainy moment. And more fire station for people dont want to be with neigbor( we dont have good neigbor during my time).

Even though this was a very small cabin, all the necessities were there. Loved walking out the door and having both feet in flower like sand. Since we can't travel to Cuba, this was the n'est best thing! Loved discovering this beautiful beach.

Was nervous but it was incredibly easy and great. Easy location to get to. Cottage was simple to find, clean and easy access to the beach the AC worked very well. Too well..lol.. I will definitely be doing this again in the near future Thank you

The cabin is situated very close to the beach which was lovely. The cabin however is in the middle of the resort and we found there was very little privacy. There were loud rowdy parties of children circling around the cabin.

The location of this was amazing! I loved walking out right into the sand and being able to see the water from our cabin. Unfortunately when we got there, the door was locked instead of being open like they said it would be, but they quickly came to assist. The quiet hours were not followed and we had little quiet time during our stay, but I know that was the fault of the neighbours, not the property. Next time we’d like something a little more private for a summer getaway! Other than that, great cottage.

Location, Location, location. So Amazing to be right on the beautiful beach. Cozy little cottage. We stayed in the one bedroom, it's got your basic needs. The only downside was the mattress on the bed, we could feel the springs, ended up sleeping on the futon which was so much more cozy. But other than that we loved it. Service is always great, communication is always great, definitely will be coming back again next year. It's become a family tradition.

Manager was rude and demeaning, no customer satisfaction, refused to work with us when we weren’t happy with the accommodations, large group of young adults partying beside us, it was a nightmare. We left without reimbursement and are currently seeking legal advice.

Le cottage 11 est très petit. OK pour 2 adultes et nous avions une petite, mais s'Il avait plu toute la semaine nous aurions senti le manque d'espace. J'ai adoré les lieux, les pieds dans le sable du matin au soir. Pas compliqué. Plage presque privée. Super!! Il manquait un peu d'équipement dans le cottage (limité en verres et ustensiles- pas de planche a découper, ustensils a bbq ni de passoire) J'ai acheté des trucs au Dollartree que j'ai laissé la. Mais malgré tout ca, je recommande à tous. une semaine de vraie pause. Pas de tele ni de stress. C'Était super et je veux y retourner plus longtemps...peut etre la prochaine fois je prendrait le cottage 8;)

Very clean, very convenient. Literally 2 mins from the beach. You can view the lake from the house.. Very comfortable. It’s air conditioned and they provide pots, pans , utensils and cooking utensils. You have your own personal bbq.

I love the simplicity of cottage. There was no frills but had the necessities and located right on the beach. I didn’t realize there was no tv but it wasn’t a huge deal for us. The worst part had to be the bed. It was awful. And considering there isn’t much to the space, at the very least I need comfy sleep. Do yourself a favour and bring and extra mattress pad to sleep on the futon.

Great place to rent. Nice and clean and quiet. Beautiful beach out side your door. Definitely wood recommend renting these cottages. I know I will be back.
