Excellent value for money in an exceptionally clean, good-sized room

We checked into the Lavender Room and it was much larger than we expected. While there are limited complimentary options for breakfast, the ones we tried (longganisa and milkfish confit) were excellent, and you can order more from their menu if you so desire. Check-in and checkout were also very smooth, and the staff were very polite and friendly.

It's a very minor detail, but I wish the pillows were a little softer. Also keep in mind that the rooms are accessible by stairs only (or at least ours was).

very clean and well maintained and helpful staff

stairs down to rooms are difficult with luggage but staff very nice to help and carry. I thought it was weird that coffee and tea wasn’t included in breakfast.

A hidden gem in Tagaytay

-Friendly and attentive staff -Good breakfast selection - good food and generous serving -Room smells good and is very clean -Heater available in the bathroom -Ample parking for guests -Outdoor seating available in the restaurant

-Thin walls - can hear footsteps and conversations of people passing the hallway -Limited tv channels -Room has no view

good place for staycation. oasis from busy urban life

very spacious. what you see in the photo is the real deal. neat and clean. the staff is very helpful, prompt response to our extra needs

no fridge inside the room. it would be hassle if your a cold drink person

Very good

Room is clean! Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The best part of the hotel is the restaurant. The food is superb! Ask for their bestsellers and you’ll have one of the best meals in Tagaytay.

The hotel was super clean and I feel comfortable in sleeping in hotel bed and the food was great too plus the staff was kind.

It's a little expensive. To be fair, it was peak season and we booked late.
