Overall stay was great with very helpful, positive and helpful staff. A rating of 11/10. Surely recommended to stay. The restaurant food was also fresh and good

Even though I couldn't stay as intended and had to checkout early but few things standout like Location is great, easy to reach, market just outside hotel can buy anything you need, hotel staff is very polite and helpful, hotel restaurant food was really nice. Definitely I will stay again there

Room was clean. Bedsheet, towels were clean.
Poor service, lift not operating. Tea maker not in room. Soap despenser empty. Plumbing fitting for shower not working. Noisy.
