The house was a stand-out in the neighbourhood; it was renovated very well. The best thing about this rental was the staff that I dealt with, Yanny and Lily, who were very sweet and did everything they could to make our group of 9 comfortable.

Bad experience! The homestay is not worth for the money!

The decoration of the house

The group of property agents provide really subpar service! ONLY WhatsApp, NO CALLS, AND NO RESPONSE!! When we told the property agent that the electric power was off when we turned on the solar/water heater during check-in, we received no assistance or response. However, the agent sent us a check-out reminder WhatsApp message on the following morning without addressing the problem we were having. When we followed up, they provided a terrible justification by claiming there was no technician available on the weekend!!

If you want to make this homestay as a wedding homestay. THINK TWICE.

It was great but, whole stay was unpleasant for such attitude and bad service making us stay in fear. Afraid to talk, laugh and leaving the door open for a long time.

This homestay was used to celebrate a happy occasion, however, host collected more money (NON-refundable) for the reason of event use. Clearly they were putting me at the cliff knowing i needed this homestay. It was an unpleasant dealing with the agent, not professional at all. This homestay was used for my husband to pick me up. Just imagine me as the bride receiving numerous messages stating that neighbors are complaining many people are entering the house and warning me not to make noise.

Overall a very pleasant stay.

Location is good being in a quiet neighbourhood. The house itself is beautifully renovated and furnished.

Could not adjust temperature of aircon in the hall and the unit in the first room on the first floor was noisy. Occupant in the same room noticed the pillow cases were not fresh. A towel in the ground floor guest room was not fresh either as it gave off a rather unpleasant odour. No chopping board in the kitchen. The lock system to of the main door was rather tricky.

Lovely house

The place was so beautifully furnished. We came in a group of 6, so we had ample room. Beds were super comfy!

I guessed if the tv had more channels, we would definitely stay in till checkout time hahahaa

Tastefully furnished with good use of space for family gatherings. Master bedroom was just exceptional... Wished all rooms were Master bedrooms too!😉

Not as well-equipped with Kitchen utensils as we'd hoped for. Digital locking system was not working as intended. Couldn't lock the door upon leaving house...

Good for big family with kids. Wish they had pool

Lovely house with modern clean design and spacious layout. Perfect for family.

communication was only via whatsapp, they wont answer calls so during emergency like cannot enter house due to passcode expired - gotta wait for a bit

We had trouble opening up the door locked, and its difficult to reach out to the staff as well..cannot call only can whatsapp so its bit difficult. No hot water

Love it!!

We instantly fell in love with the house.. it was beyond our expectations... will definitely repeat this place

The house rules were quite strict but I guess it is for the best to keep the house cleanliness.. they don’t allow steamboat which I find it quite weird.. but other than that we love it!!
