La casa si trova in un ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Otranto ( 15 min a piedi) e le varie spiagge della zona.
Tuttavia si trova in una zona di poco passaggio che ti permette anche di rilassarti lontano da ogni rumore
La casa è molto grande con un ampio spazio esterno in giardino e vialetto per parcheggio auto
Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti ed è stato difficile andarsene

Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat stets sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Kleine Mängel wurden sofort, sogar am Sonntag behoben. Die Lage ist hervorragend, da am Stadtrand sehr ruhig und trotzdem mit dem Auto Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände schnell erreichbar. Haartrockner und Bügeleisen vorhanden. Zimmer und Badzimmer sind gross mit viel Staumöglichkeiten.
Küchenutensilien hätten mehr sein können. Bügeltisch und Mikrowelle, gemäss Beschreibung haben gefehlt.

Villa bien située dans quartier calme et proche centre historique et mer. Bonne communication avec Clara qui a été très réactive.
Il faisait chaud et la climatisation était insuffisante ( un seul climatiseur pour toute la maison placé dans le séjour) et un ventilateur par chambre. Mal équipée : pas de micro-ondes comme annoncé dans le descriptif. Un grille-pain serait le bienvenu ainsi que quelques produits de base ( huile, vinaigre). Vieux canapé et pouf. Jardin pas entretenu.
