Really close to train station and bus stops into the city, or a twenty minute walk to the colloseum. Lovely having a little outside terrace, Our room was quiet. The city had a power cut so heating went off, but the owner answered phone straight away, explained how to switch it back on..but would have come if we couldn't do it. Really close to a supermarket, and next time we will also eat at the railway station, the food looked great. Owner really helpful.
Great having your own kitchen with table and chairs and the little garden terrace. Air conditioning was good too.
Some of handles were a bit wobbly, and could do with some new pans. I think English people eat more at breakfast, so the breakfast ticket that came with the mini flat was for a pastry and coffee at a friendly cafe around the corner...so we just bought some milk and cereal .
The buildings have graffiti on the outside, but don't let that put you off, the city has lots, it's not just the area of the accomodation.

Very clean and quiet. Good pillows. Received a lovely free voucher from owner at restaurant which was amazing. You deal directly with owner

Everything was as described, room was clean, Paolo was very quick to respond to all the messages and was very helpful with any questions we had. We booked the room with the dinner option and the restaurant that Paolo booked for us was great, would definitely recommend! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We were able to leave our baggage after check out which was incredibly helpful as our flight was later in the afternoon. The location was also really good as close to the train station and also close to Colloseum (around 20 min walk). Overall we had a really good stay here!
