Lovely quiet neighborhood close to metro and shops. Well equipped. Comfortable beds.
We were expecting a bigger room although it wasn't a problem and more a little shock. The rooms on the website don't seem to correspond with what you get.

The location was convenient. There's a supermarket just across the street and Iriya train station is about 5-7 mins walk away. 1 stop away from Ueno. There're also combinis and 7-11 nearby. Quiet and non touristy neighbourhood which is a breather away from the massive crowds.
The room and beds were comfortable for a family of 4. Suitable for kids.
The room's carpet feels dirty and could do with some good cleaning. Some freshening up of the room make the place even better.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The metro station was within 5mins walking distance. Local food options and convenience stores within 3mins of the hotel.
The beds were quite uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a tabletop with multiple blankets.
