The stairway up to level 4, my allocated room, was too tight. Difficult to manage the climbing up. However, staff was very hospitable and helpful. He helped to carry my luggage up and then on check-out, carry it down.
The tight stairway wasn't manageable under normal circumstance. There was no bed. Just a mattress on the floor.

It’s business run by family. The cleaning lady did not speak a single word English. Chen speaks English fluently.
It’s a bit noisy with the street sounds. But honestly the bed is very comfortable so it neutralizes the point

Echt ein super Hotel. Das Zimmer ist unheimlich geräumig, die Dusche und das Klo sind super und im Eingangsbereich gibt es eine Mikrowelle, falls man sich Fertigessen von Konbinis aufwärmen möchte. In 10 min ist die Bahnstation Uguisudani fußläufig erreichbar. Von dort fährt die Yamanote Bahn ab. Der Gastgeber Chen ist auch megafreundlich. Er hat mir Tips für meinen nächsten Trip nach Japan gegeben.

La posizione (zona tranquilla ma vicinissima ad Asakusa), check in e check out facili,camere nuove e pulite,fouton molto comodo,family mart di fronte.
Siamo una famiglia di tre e siamo stati divisi in due stanze su un pianerottolo: una con il bagno,doccia e lavandino ma senza spazio per gli abiti,e una solo con fouton e una cabina armadio ,quindi la notte se volevi andare in bagno dovevi andare nell'altra stanza dove c'era nostra figlia ovviamente chiusa a chiave.
