Loved the property. Very spacious. Loved how one rooms was traditional and the other modern. Great location - very quiet immediate streets, but 20 mins one way to Ueno and 20 mins the other to Akasusa where there was loads to see, do and eat! Lots of nearby public transport options. Would recommend.

Molt ben situat a 10 minuts d'una estació de metro i a 15 de l'estació de Ueno. A 20 minuts en un passeig molt agradable tens el temple Senso-ji. Molt net i amb possibilitat de cuinar i rentar roba allà mateix. Molt bona relació qualitat preu per la zona
Hi havia molt poc estris de cuina, érem 4 i només hi havia 2 gots, 3 culleres i 2 ganivets. Els futons per dormir son una mica baixos i estan molt durs. Tot i que pots ficar la rentadora, es compartida al vestíbul i el programa "curt" triga 2.5h... així que has de planificar bé quan la fiques.

La posizione è fantastica, in un quartiere molto tranquillo e vicinissimo al Senso-Ji. In sé la struttura ha tutte le caratteristiche base che possono essere utili. È anche molto silenzioso.
La pulizia: le lenzuola avevano capelli dentro, la vasca aveva la tendina con il fondo completamente ricoperto di muffa, in generale la struttura anche nelle parti comuni aveva un cattivo odore.
La disposizione di semplici elementi funzionali nella stanza: in bagno non c’è una presa elettrica, ma è anche l’unica stanza con uno specchio, quindi per asciugarsi i capelli specchiandosi l’unico modo è farlo guardandosi nel microonde.
La mancanza di stoviglie base per la cucina: non c’erano tazze, e in generale la dotazione era molto scarsa.

The location was convenient, within easy walking distance of the metro. The check-in process was also very easy and straightforward.
The apartment is very small for a family of four. However, the most disappointing aspect was the cleanliness: the apartment was not clean at all and was also very humid.
We did not particularly enjoy sleeping on the tatami, although we recognise that this is a matter of personal preference.
Our flight was cancelled, so we contacted the host to explain the situation and ask whether the first night could be waived. Unfortunately, he did not respond to our messages. When we eventually reached him by phone, communication in English was very difficult, and he refused our request.
The apartment also offers very few facilities, and some amenities were provided only for three people even though our booking was for four guests.
Overall, considering the price, the limited space and facilities, the lack of cleanliness, and the poor communication with the host, I would recommend looking for other accommodation.
