This hotel was lovely and when we were caught up in the London Heathrow closure they were so very helpful. Highly recommend.

The only reason I didn’t give this excellent all around was that it was a long walk to the Metro. There were buses but we didn’t take them…silly us.
Also the staff was sparse but when someone was at reception they were all helpful and friendly.
Great bathroom!
