Rooms were spotless. Staff were always helpful. We got a superior twin which gives you a couch which after staying in tiny hotel room for the rest of trip was a treat. Location was perfect. Close to transit, attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Shower water not always warm/hot, it depends on time of day. And even when the water is warm/hot, there are cold spots whilst showering.

We only stayed here for one evening before we had to head to Yokohama. It's about a 10 minute walk from Asakusa, but tucked in a small side street, so it wasn't too loud.
Service was great when we got there. They offered us free drinks OR to have some heated eye masks (we opted for the latter, especially after a long flight from Toronto to Tokyo).
The rooms are small — but expected from Tokyo.
The only issue was that the elevators were fairly slow, and there were a lot of people waiting for it. So make sure you're not in a rush going somewhere!
