About this condo rental
Nestled in Solana Beach, this charming condo for $337 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This is a well-designed townhouse in a private Solana Beach neighborhood. A wonderful home with vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and a lovely sun deck, this is the ideal place for all vacationers. Near the pool, spa, tennis courts, and of course, the Pacific Ocean. An excellent place to bring your family. Property has high speed internet. Although this townhouse is not pet friendly for guests, the owner does bring their dog when staying at the townhouse. If you have pet allergies, this would not be a good choice. Located in Seascape Sur renowned for its lush landscaping, waterfalls, streams and koi ponds. This gated oceanfront community offers underground, assigned parking with two swimming pools, two spas, two lighted tennis courts, and spacious patio area. The beach access stairs are conveniently located adjacent to the complex. This condominium is in walking distance to restaurants, the charming Cedros Design Center and the train station is only 2 blocks away. This location not only allows visitors to explore the beautiful town of Solana Beach, it is located in close proximity to Del Mar, La Jolla, Encinitas, Carlsbad, and all the San Diego attractions. Be sure to stroll along the Coastal Rail Trail or hike one of the many diverse trails at San Elijo Lagoon. Enjoy a day watching thoroughbreds at the nearby Del Mar Racetrack or see what’s happening at the Fairgrounds. This unit is not air conditioned. Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum. The condo was very nice, well decorated with a lot of space. Beautiful views from both sides of the unit, so you get both the sunrise and sunset views. The only issue we had, was there were a lot of ants in the kitchen. We were not aware on arrival, and any food that was outside the fridge that was open was covered in ants after the first night. We got creative afterwards by putting as much in the fridge as we could and hanging food to keep it off surfaces.The management company was great. They got us some beach toys for our kids to borrow, and were very responsive when we had a question.

There were things I liked and then a few not so great. The location is ideal and it’s very quiet. Their were a lot of ants, the ice machine didn’t work and on the last night there was a weird smell of exhaust. Also when we did late check in they forgot to leave the keys so we had to wait for someone to do that after a super long travel day.

this unit has wonderful natural light from all the windows on the main living floor. the deck is large, comfortable and is wonderful for watching sunsets/having meals. Kitchen is large and well equipped. the unit is a bit dated/worn and needs a refresh of carpet and paint and new couch however the location and space was perfect for me.

This is our forth time staying in Stubbs unit in Solana Beach and as always they deliver on their promise. Property description was accurate, and pictures did tell true story.All was very clean and upstairs area – Dining/Kitchen and leaving area are in excellent condition with the large terrace providing perfect site for sunset watching. Kitchen is very well equipped and will let you cook as much as you want. Big TV is also available, but I am not sure if we even used once.You enter on the ground floor were are two large bedrooms and bathrooms are located, lots of storage space and extra pillows and blankets if needed. Bathroom are good size and functional but are a little dated as compared with the condition of the kitchen and half bath upstairs but I think I am being picky. All was good and Stubbs’s personnel was very helpful and made stay there easy.Note that we had an unusually chilly week (March 5 to 12, 2023) for the area so ability to turn on the heat was very welcome.Thanks, and we are planning to cam back again.

This unit is really nice and is very spacious.. The ocean view is great even though it is over rooftops. i can't fault anything in this unit except that there were no instructions on how to operate appliances such as the oven and microwave.. We eventually figured it out. Stubbs was very helpful. We didn't realize that there were so many stairs involved in getting to the unit, or we probably wouldn't have rented it because we are sseniors and this was hard..

My family (husband, daughters ages 13 &10) and I stayed here over Christmas and were happy with the space and location. Not right on the beach, but views of the ocean from the deck, sound of waves could be heard from the living room :)
There were a few small issues we noticed upon arrival: exterior light was out, kitchen pendant out, and toilet paper roll holder loose - maintenance was very responsive and sent someone to repair same-day!

Great location, Stubbs provided Great service. Property was in good condition. As San Diego gets warmer, the setup of this townhouse is a little challenging for keeping comfortable Temps. I would rent again at cooler parts of the season.

Great spot, great location for our purposes. Nice condo. Nice complex. The complex shows its age a little as any complex on the ocean would, but maintenance and upkeep was very good. Condo was roomy and as described. Two pretty big bedrooms downstairs with two full baths and laundry. Upstairs was wide open living room, dining room, kitchen and small deck with awesome view. You aren't directly on the ocean, but can easily see over the rooftops in front of you. Solana beach was a great spot for us as we were spending a lot of time in Del Mar and Encinitas, but also spent time in San Diego and La Jolla.

It is not ocean front but has a nice ocean view, particularly from the elevated deck out the front. It is not a new property but is well maintained. The unit was very clean, though did have a musty dog smell when entering, but didn't notice it upstairs in the main living area. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We loved the pool and hot tub (met some wonderful people in the hot tub), and the beach access was terrific. The bedroom windows don't lock and they are on the ground floor, so that can be a security concern, though the complex is gated with security codes to enter, so felt very safe.
There are some old and bulky beach chairs in the unit, but we added a couple of new camping chairs to the collection.
We would definitely stay here again.
