Great location - easy walk to the tube. The room was lovely and had all we needed. Fridge and aircon was a great touch for a hot day.

Very good, even ideal location. Close to Victoria Station and various eateries, yet quiet area. We had two rooms, both normal size. In one, you needed special skills to use the toilet - due to the narrowness. But that was the only drawback. Beds, linen, shower and heating - very good. I would especially like to note the excellent communication of the hotel staff with us. Interesting, because we did not meet any of them, but we felt that we were welcome and taken care of. Thank you!
Problem with luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Have to use a third party service for a separate fee.

The chocolate. And airco
It’s not really a hotel. Very small and tired. Operated by key pads, No staff, No glasses for water, nowhere to put towels etc the rubbish on the entrance step.
