Close to Victoria coach station. Pubs and restaurants within a 5 or 10 min walk. Nicely decorated and very clean.
No lift. Had to haul bags up 3 flights of narrow stairs. No a/c. Very small rooms

Location. My particular single room, ground floor, was quiet.
Tiny room. But it was fine. Had to go one floor down for ‘facilities’.

Really friendly staff, very clean and the location was great.
There's nothing I really disliked. However, it would have been good to have a small fridge to keep some water in and the room also got very cold in the night, so being able to control the heating would have been good. But they are two things we could survive without.
