Really neat, well furnished apartment with a lot of helpful details
Definitely not for those who avoid stairs, or have heavy luggage. Wi-Fi network not available.

Great location. Very clean. Has everything you need. Easy access.
Room was too warm. Could open window but didn't feel safe as ground floor. Could hear room above and they were very noisy stomping about at 5am.

Air con was loud, no access to the laundry.

Location
Access steps to basement flat are tricky. Inside the standard of decor was poor and overdue for upgrade. Sticky tape had been used to hide areas where paintwork was in disrepair. Much of the furniture or items were due for upgrade showing chips and other wear and tear. All night there was a low level hum - source unknown. The main window looked out onto bins and the cleaners store, so it felt privacy was compromised
