Both Rafaela and Katherine were excellent! They made check in and check out a breeze. They were both friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel itself was lovely and provided a quiet, and safe respite from the hustle and bustle of London. It is located in an idyllic location and I would highly recommend this hotel to other foreign travelers such as myself.

The property was beautiful, clean and very convenient to transportation. The breakfast could be better and coffee was really bad.

Excellent stay very conveniently located close to Victoria Station. The staff were helpful and friendly. Bed & pillows were GREAT
