My guest and I had the best time!!! The staff was incredible and being near the tube was so helpful in getting around!! Our room was very clean and we loved the view of the street. And the bed?! So comfortable!!!!

If you are prepared for a small room excellently designed for convenience, citizen, M will work for you. It did for us and the convenience of the room and the location convinced that we made a good choice. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, considering the busyness that was going on outside. The lack of room space was compensated by an excellent lounge area and bar. Now that the surroundings of Victoria Station are a lot smarter than they used to be, this is an ideal and safe base for walking around Westminster. Just don’t bring a cat to swing
