Clean room and comfortable bed, great location for what we needed.
1 small thing there was no chair in the room or available throughout the hotel. Wife had a hair and makeup artist with nowhere to sit which made things uncomfortable/ awkward.

Great location, great price, friendly staff, more modern than others ive stayed in for a similar price
There was a brown water stain on the ceiling, stains on the carpet and wall, the AC didnt work

The property was clean and comfortable, bathroom was modern and there was a shop nearby. check in was easy.
They charge to store your luggage after you have checked out. £5 per bag until 6pm and cash only, which i didnt think was fair. There is a luggage shop nearby who charged me £12 to keep two bags all day (10am-10pm) so id use there instead.

It was a safe neighbourhood and it was nice having three beds.
The hotel staff were very blunt and unhelpful. We were 3 girls in our 30s and wanted to all do different things but they wouldn’t give us more than one key and their only solution was keeping the key at the front desk but we didn’t feel comfortable doing that as the night earlier they let our friend in without question or ID (also leaving the key at the front desk meant the power and aircon turned off in the room). We got home one day and they had turned the aircon off. During a heat wave that was really unpleasant to come back to. Also we had cold cheeses since we were staying for 4 nights but there was no fridge in the room. When we asked if we could leave our cold food anywhere they were really rude and unhelpful. We had to throw a lot out. Also there is nowhere to put your shower supplies except on the floor. The blue throw on my bed had a brown mark on it which was unsettling. They don’t get cleaned as it was still there after they cleaned the room, so don’t touch the blue throws and don’t expect to be greeted warmly by reception. Very cold and icey.
