The location was perfect and really close to Victoria. We were going to see Hamilton so wanted a location close to there that wasn’t too pricey so this fit the bill. The rooms were small but clean and we were only using it as a base so great for what we needed. Check in process was quick and easy.
The staff could’ve been a bit more on the ball. We had to wait about 15 mins to be able to check out because there was nobody at the desk and we were waiting with another couple who were trying to check in. I ended up ringing the hotel to get someone to appear.

Zone 1 Central location very close to the tube station, buses and Victoria mainline train station however feels to be a quiet and friendly location despite being so central.
Close to shops restaurants, bars and theatres.
The staff are always polite and helpful and offer to carry my bags up the stair case etc.
Rooms are fresh, modern and impeccably clean.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room
There was construction work going on in the building and workers right outside our window. I did not even know! I opened the window to find a man standing right outside.
