Very welcoming staff, Mark was very helpful with explaining travel advice, bus route, tube stations, and providing a tube and city map, also suggested a good choice of Restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Our room was very clean and quiet at the back of the hotel, breakfast was included in the price which was very satisfactory, and each table was served by very friendly staff.

The room was small but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. They do not have air conditioning but the room had a powerful and quiet fan that rotated. The owners and staff were so hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the art on the walls. One of the owners told me they get the art at charity auctions. And, of course, the location is superb. Walking distance to Westminster attractions and the Tate Britain, but in a very quiet neighborhood.
Be aware that the property does not have an elevator. Ask for a lower floor room if you are not able to negotiate stairs.
