Staff very friendly and helpfull even stored our luggage so we could spend last day without struggling with it round london. Location superb and quiet for london.

Location good and staff welcoming
Layout of twin room room both beds should have a side table and plug point! The tv is behind the headboard
It’s a bit cramped to have breakfast served in the reception area. A dining room would be a good idea.
